Rachel is an extremely caring and considerate Senior Physiotherapist who looks after both our Musculoskeletal and Women’s Health patients. Rachel graduated from the Australian Catholic University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy, receiving an Executive Dean’s commendation. She has since gone on to complete advanced training in pelvic health and musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
She is much loved by her patients for her empathy and kindness, combined with her boundless knowledge, humour and passion for all things Women’s Health. She’s highly dedicated to providing the highest quality care with the most up to date research and training.
Her clinical interests include pain management (particularly pelvic pain, endometriosis, neck pain, and nerve-related conditions), as well as antenatal and postnatal care. Rachel is deeply passionate about improving quality of life through evidence-based, patient-centred care. She strives to ensure every individual feels truly heard, supported, and empowered, especially those navigating complex or often misunderstood conditions.

Postgraduate Training & Certifications:
● Level 1 Women’s Health Training Course with Women’s Health Training Association (WHTA). Covered content includes incontinence, prolapse management, bladder urgency and antenatal/postnatal presentations. Training covered how to conduct trauma and consent informed vaginal examinations.
● Level 3 WHTA Persistent Pelvic Pain (Genitourinary & Anorectal) Course. Covered content includes the assessment and multi-disciplinary management of conditions including vaginismus and vulvodynia.
● Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist Certification by Core Exercise Solutions. Covering exercise-based solutions for posture, breathing, pelvic floor dysfunction, pelvic organ prolapse, abdominal separation, pelvic girdle pain and low back pain.
● The Postpartum Physiotherapy Check by Mandy Roscher. Covered content includes postnatal assessment and rehabilitation, and appropriate return to exercise.
● TPC’s Birth Preparation Course. Content covered antenatal assessment, birth choices and skills.
