1. About Our Services
At The Pelvic Health Physio, we are passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based pelvic health care in a space where you feel safe, supported, and heard.
We offer individualised physiotherapy services, including pelvic health consultations, clinical rehabilitation, and physiotherapist-led classes.
All care is tailored to you, guided by clinical assessment, professional judgement, and your personal goals.
2. Appointments & Bookings
Appointments can be booked online, via phone, or in clinic.

A 50% deposit is required to secure all initial pelvic health consultations

By booking with us, you agree to the terms outlined below

We will always aim to support you in finding suitable appointment times and continuity of care
3. Cancellation & Late Notice Policy
We deeply value both your time and the time of our clinicians. Providing adequate notice allows us to offer appointments to others in our community who may be waiting for care.
Our standard policy is as follows:

We require 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling

Changes made within 48 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the full appointment cost
We understand life happens, and our team will always do our best to support you where possible.
Telehealth option:
Where clinically appropriate, late cancellations may be converted to a Telehealth appointment to maintain your progress and continuity of care.
Exceptional circumstances:
We approach each situation with understanding and care. Consideration may be given in extenuating circumstances at the clinic’s discretion.
4. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to ensure we remain on time for all patients.

5. Payments
Payment is required at the time of your consultation.
We accept EFTPOS, credit card, and other approved payment methods.

Outstanding accounts may impact your ability to book future appointments

6. Third-Party & Insurance Claims
We are experienced in supporting patients with third-party funding (e.g. NDIS, WorkCover, insurance).
Please note:

Unless otherwise agreed, payment responsibility remains with the patient

Additional services such as reports, letters, or extended administration may incur fees
7. Clinical Classes & Programs
Our classes are clinically led and designed to support your progress in a safe and structured way.

A prior assessment may be required before joining classes

Packages and memberships are subject to expiry terms

We require 24 hours’ notice for class cancellations

Missed classes without appropriate notice may be forfeited
8. Consent & Treatment
Your comfort, safety, and autonomy are at the centre of everything we do.
By attending, you consent to physiotherapy assessment and treatment, including discussion of relevant health information.

Specific informed consent will always be obtained for internal pelvic examinations

You may withdraw consent at any time

Our team will work with you in a respectful, supportive, and empowering way to achieve your goals
9. Limitation of Liability
We are committed to providing exceptional care; however:

Outcomes cannot be guaranteed

Participation in physiotherapy and exercise carries some level of inherent risk

We encourage open communication and ask that you follow clinical guidance and raise any concerns with your clinician
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect best practice and clinic operations.
The most current version will always be available on our website.
