Lissy is our Principal Pelvic Health & Continence Physiotherapist and the driving force behind our mission to deliver compassionate, evidence-based pelvic health care on the Sunshine Coast. Her vision has always been to create a safe, calming space where women feel genuinely heard, supported, and comfortable discussing their pelvic health-opening the conversation without shame or stigma.

Together with her passionate and highly skilled team at The Pelvic Health Physio, Lissy is committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of women and families across the Sunshine Coast- creating a space where inner strength is nurtured, and women feel empowered to move forward with confidence.

Since stepping into her own journey of motherhood, Lissy brings an even deeper level of understanding and empathy to the women she supports. She recognises that no two journeys are the same, and feels deeply privileged to walk alongside women through the many physical, emotional, and evolving stages of life.

With a holistic and deeply patient-centred approach, Lissy combines pelvic health physiotherapy and personalised exercise therapy to support women in building strength from within. She is passionate about preventative pelvic health-guiding women beyond symptom relief to feel confident, capable, and connected to their bodies for the long term.

Clinically, Lissy provides individualised care across pregnancy and postnatal recovery, pelvic pain, prolapse management, bladder and bowel concerns, and sexual health-related presentations.

Lissy also supports men’s pelvic health and paediatric continence, and is dedicated to ensuring every patient feels respected, supported, and cared for within our clinic environment.

She strongly advocates for integrated, multidisciplinary care, working closely with GPs, Obstetricians, Gynaecologists, Gastroenterologists, Colorectal Specialists, and other allied health professionals to ensure each patient receives seamless, well-rounded support. Her trauma-informed approach ensures women feel safe, respected, and guided at a pace that feels right for them.

Outside the clinic, you’ll find Lissy soaking up beach days with her husband, young daughter, and close friends-recharging in the coastal lifestyle she loves.
