Jess completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Otago University, New Zealand, graduating in 2016. Since then, she has worked in various locations across New Zealand and Australia, gaining a wealth of experience in both public and private healthcare settings.

​

Jess is passionate about creating a safe and supportive environment for women, guiding them through their pelvic health journeys to achieve meaningful goals. She believes that movement is medicine and is dedicated to empowering women to take control of their health through compassionate, personalized, and evidence-based care.

Now relocating to Queensland, Jess is excited to immerse herself in the vibrant local community, explore the region's natural beauty, and contribute to the well-being of women on the Sunshine Coast.
