Originally from New Zealand, Ashleigh completed her Bachelor of Health Science (Physiotherapy) at Auckland University of Technology before relocating to rural North Queensland, where she spent several years working in private practice.

Ashleigh has a strong passion for Women’s and Pelvic Health Physiotherapy and is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to support women throughout all stages of life. She has a genuine love of learning and continues to undertake further professional development in pelvic health to expand her clinical knowledge and skills.

Ashleigh understands that every woman’s journey is different. She takes the time to listen, understand what matters to each person, and develop an individualised treatment plan that supports their goals. Her approach is warm, collaborative and focused on helping women feel informed, supported and confident in their bodies.

With her background in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and love of movement, Ashleigh also enjoys helping women build strength and confidence as they return to exercise and the activities that are important to them.
