Lexi is a Senior Physiotherapist with over 15 years of diverse clinical experience, bringing a strong foundation in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, women’s health, clinical Pilates, chronic pain management, and athletic development.

Her extensive experience supporting women across all stages of life has shaped her holistic, intuitive, and movement-focused approach to care. By integrating her musculoskeletal expertise with a passion for pelvic health, Lexi provides personalised treatment for pregnancy-related pain, postnatal recovery, pelvic floor dysfunction, and overall physical wellbeing.

Recognising early in her career the transformative role of movement in rehabilitation, Lexi pursued comprehensive Pilates training, including a Diploma in Rehabilitation Pilates through Polestar Pilates. She has also mentored and trained students and allied health professionals in Pilates, reflecting her depth of knowledge and dedication to high-quality movement education.
By blending pelvic health expertise with Pilates and strength-based principles, Lexi loves helping women reconnect with their bodies, improve pelvic function, and build confidence. She is particularly passionate about guiding women back to the gym and weight training—supporting them to feel capable, strong, and safe following birth or when navigating pelvic pain or injury.

Now happily settled on the Sunshine Coast, Lexi enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two young children. She keeps active through the gym and Pilates and loves carving out time for creative pursuits when she can.
