Christina is a deeply compassionate Women’s Health Physiotherapist with over 20 years of clinical experience across private practice and hospital settings in New Zealand, Australia, and the UK. She began her career in sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy before discovering her passion for Women’s Health and pelvic health care.
​
Christina has undertaken extensive postgraduate training in pelvic health, including pessary fitting, and is committed to delivering evidence-based, individualised, and holistic care. She takes a thoughtful and patient-centred approach, ensuring every person feels heard, supported, and empowered in both their physical and emotional wellbeing.

Christina believes Women’s Health Physiotherapy is about listening, educating, and supporting women to trust their bodies, build resilience, and take an active role in their health journey. She is passionate about providing a safe, supportive space and the guidance needed to help her patients work towards their goals and live with confidence.

Outside of the clinic, Christina enjoys spending time with her son at the beach or skatepark, enjoying a good coffee, and making the most of the Sunshine Coast lifestyle.
